A stainless steel cap end that one of our sister companies pressed and then we laser cut holes on the sides and top. The cap is used on a canister for that measures water quality the holes are designed to let water through the canister. The alternative method for machining this product would have been using a trim and pierce tool which would have been around 30% more expensive.
